Welcome and thank you for your interest in registering your child(ren) for classes at The Cottage!

Before beginning the registration process, let’s define a few terms to give you a better understanding of the process.

Key Terms

Current Student- a student who is actively enrolled in classes for the current semester. Students who leave the program for at least one semester and would like to return the following semester are not considered “current”, and are treated as a new student within the registration process.

New Student-students who have not enrolled in classes at any time in their educational history. New students fall within the general registration process.

Open Registration- registration for classes is open to all new and existing students before each school semester begins.

Priority Registration-registration for classes is available only to current and active students enrolled in classes who intend to return the next semester or the following year. Priority registration generally lasts 7 days for those who are eligible. Students who miss their priority registration period will be considered under general registration on a first-come-first-serve basis, with new incoming students.

Registration Process

The registration process begins with your decision to enroll your child(ren) with the right teacher and classes, based upon your child’s age and developmental stage. You can explore the website for more information on our program and each teacher, and/or contact them directly with any questions you may have.

In the drop-down menu when clicking on our Registration Information links to register for your respective classes, the links are active and accessible ONLY during general registration periods. Priority registration links are generally sent via email to priority registrants during the 7 day period.

When the active registration links are accessible in the drop-down menu you may register your child(ren) by filling out the registration form and paying all designated enrollment fees.
