My classes are geared toward 7 to 8-year-old students. I offer one or two-day classes per week. Many state standards are covered with academic and hands-on projects. All my classes incorporate a multi-disciplinary approach including Character Development/Social Emotional Learning (SEL) in which students learn team-building skills, the importance of classroom citizenship, and of course, making new friends! On Mondays and Tuesdays I will be teaching Math, Science, and the Arts. On Wednesdays and Thursdays I will be teaching Social Studies/History through a Magic Tree House book, Math, and Science.

Creative Learning!

Class Days: Mondays or Tuesdays

Time: 10:00-3:00 p.m.

Semester Price: $765 Charter Funds/$660 Private Pay

Class Description: This full-day class will include Character Development, Math using literature, songs, and creativity. Science projects, and experiments! The Arts, including visual, music, and performing arts. The lessons will include enrichment curriculum, hands-on projects, and activities, helping children discover their learning potential in creative, engaging, and fun ways.

Class Days: Wednesdays or Thursdays

Time: 10:00-3:00 p.m.

Class Description: This full-day class will focus on Character Development (different from my Monday/Tuesday class). This semester we will be traveling with Jack and Annie to Ireland at the time of the Vikings with the Magic Tree House book “Viking Ships at Sunrise”, incorporating History, Geography, and Culture. We will be exploring our world through Science in creative ways. The lessons will include enrichment curriculum, hands-on projects, and activities, helping children discover their learning potential in creative, engaging, and fun ways.
